Education Qualification
Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, along with Computer Literacy and proficiency in the official language of the applied State/UT.

2. Click on the link for "CRP-Clerks-XVI" or "Apply Online for Customer Service Associate".
3. Click on "Click here for New Registration" and register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
4. Fill in basic personal, educational, bank preference, and category details.
5. Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in the prescribed sizes.
6. Pay the required application fee online (₹850 for General/OBC/EWS and ₹175 for SC/ST/PWD).
7. Submit the form and download/print the final application confirmation page for future reference.
